Living on Purpose

Waiting is hard, isn’t it?

Through times of hardship, and through times of the seemingly mundane, God is moving. He tells us be still and know that He is God, and even in the wait, we can trust His plans for us have not stalled out.

God knows exactly what’s going on in our lives, and when we shift our focus from the waiting to the One who says be still, the waiting becomes a precious opportunity for praise.

Don’t miss what God has for you today.

We don’t always understand the purpose of pain and trials. Still, everything has it’s time, and though we may not see it, there is a purpose.

What is God trying to teach us today?

For whatever happens in our today, prepares and equips us for our tomorrow. Though we are not promised tomorrow, we are promised wherever we are, God will be right there with us.

“To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven” Ecclesiastes 3:1

Beautiful post, Doris. It’s been a long time since I visited your blog, and I’m so glad I did. You have. Love the thought that waiting is a precious opportunity for praise!

Thanks for stopping by Betsy! It was a week since I posted, and this one was shorter than usual. I guess the Lord didn’t need a long post to tell us to wait 🙂 Thanks for the encouragement today friend!
