Rachelle is the author of Outrageous Obedience: Answering God’s Call to Shine in the Darkest Places. When she was 23, Rachelle dared to pray for God to give her a people and a purpose. She soon learned it takes outrageous obedience to answer when God calls us into the darkest places imaginable.
